Dr. Mathews was saved at age eleven, and began preaching at age
seventeen. Since that time, he has served pastorates in West Virginia and
Texas, and has been engaged in full time evangelism since 1976. He is a
graduate of Tennessee Temple University and Southwestern Baptist
Theological Seminary.
He has produced weekly radio programs in West Virginia since 1976, and

Caribbean area since 1977. He has led 23 tours to Bible Lands and taken
multiple missionary trips to Jamaica, Guyana, Poland, Ukraine, Australia,
Grenada, Dominican Republic, Uganda, China, Philippines and Thailand.
Dr. Mathews' focus is on expository preaching, with messages developed to
meet the needs of the 21st Century. Mrs. Mathews often travels with Dr.
Mathews, and may assist in speaking to ladies, music and counseling. Both
Dr. and Mrs. Mathews are members of the American Association of
Christian Counselors (AACC) and are certified in Critical Incident Stress
Management.
Mrs. Mathews was saved at age sixteen during a tent revival near her home
in Asheboro, North Carolina. Immediately following, she was baptized in a
nearby creek. She became a member of Fayetteville Street Baptist Church,
and served in many capacities there for the next five years.
Since she had known the call of God upon her life from the beginning, she
left to attend Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
While there, she was active in church and the school, and married Glenn
Mathews on July 26, 1958.
Their ministry together began at Belle Creek Baptist Church, Dixie, West
Virginia. Through the years, they have served pastorates in two states and
ministered in the areas of evangelism and missions on every continent.
After college and graduate school, Fleta taught in both public and private
schools, and has had the privilege of serving in singing, counseling and
teaching women's and children's groups.
On July 26, 2008, Dr. and Mrs. Mathews will celebrate their 50th
anniversary. They have two daughters, three grandsons, four
granddaughters and one great-grand son. Fleta writes, "We praise God
and thank Him for all He continues to do in and through us."

In Bill's own words, "Revival Crusade and the preaching and teaching
ministry of Brother Glenn is a vital part of our church. Our church is
blessed to contribute to the ministry of Revival Crusade monthly. It is
my privilege to serve on the board."

Rev. Gregory was saved on Thanksgiving Night, November, 1962 at his
home. He has pastored four different Baptist churches in the course of
his ministerial career and is currently pastor of Farrar Memorial Baptist
Church in Rand, West Virginia. Rev. Gregory had a local radio program
for thirty-five years. He and his wife, Shirley, have been married for
fifty years.
In Jack's own words, "I have been an avid supporter of Revival Crusade
for a great number of years. It is great to have a radio ministry like
Revival Crusade with a history consistent with Biblical truths. I
consider it a great privilege to serve on the Board with good Christian
people."

Jim was saved in 1949 at Farrar Memorial Baptist Church at Rand, West
Virginia, where Rev Guy Smith, Dr. Mathews' uncle, was pastor. He was
baptized in Witcher's Creek in rural Kanawha County in January, 1950,
where the ice had to be broken for the baptism.
Jim is owner and General Manager of Marrs Jewelry in Nitro, West
Virginia, and has been in business there since 1956. He and his wife,
Jean, are members of Teays Valley Baptist Church near Hurricane, West
Virginia, where they are involved in various ministries there.
Having served on RCI's Board of Directors since its incorporation, Jim
has proven to be an invaluable asset over the course of his association
with the ministry.

Westminster, Maryland, since October, 1995. He has been in the
ministry for over 25 years. He was a pastor in West Virginia for twelve

RCI Statement of Doctrine
- We believe in the verbal inspiration and authority of
the Scriptures and that the Bible reveals God, the fall
of man, the way of salvation, and God's plan and
purpose in the ages.
- We believe in God the Father, God the Son, and God
the Holy Spirit.
- We believe in the deity, virgin birth, and bodily
resurrection of Jesus Christ.
- We believe that salvation is by grace. The conditions
to salvation are repentance and faith.
- We believe that men are justified by faith alone and
are accounted righteous before God only through the
merit of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Justification establishes an eternal relationship that can
never be broken.
- We believe in the visible, personal, and pre-millennial
return of Jesus Christ.
- We believe in the everlasting conscious blessedness of
the saved, and the everlasting conscious punishment
of the lost.
